Refund policy

Deposit options are available. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event (on arrival).

Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date up to 7 days before the event. No refunds or transfers will be given within 7 days of the event.

If the event is cancelled or amended by the customer, 50% of the total booking fee (the deposit amount) is non-refundable. This policy also applies to bookings paid in full, with 50% treated as the non-refundable deposit.

When transferring a booking, the remaining balance must be paid at the time of rebooking. Failure to pay the full amount will result in loss of the deposit and the right to transfer again.

Payment can be made by card or cash.
